Dear Parents and Confirmation Students:
Welcome to the year in which you will prepare for and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. To receive a sacrament is a special moment in one’s journey of life and faith. Sacraments are outward signs of an invisible divine grace – there is the hope and promise of God’s presence for one receiving the sacrament. Confirmation is an initiation sacrament – a preparation for one’s life of faith.
We hope that as parents and students, preparing for Confirmation, that you will have a blessed year of building relationship, friendship, and a sense of the Divine in your lives and spirituality.
Six months advance notice is required for the sacrament of marriage.
